Build a Website

Hello web designers and developers, I have a website project that would act as a temp placeholder for an e-commerce website. The details are the following: Website project Details: - Web graphics (logos, banners, buttons) are designed in 96dpi mode, .psd format, in order to preserve resolution on hi def screens - 10 pages I designed in Photoshop, all pics, logos and texts available, and an additional popup page for newsletter signup, that would submit the email and IP address of visitor as email. All pages have a jpeg flat image for reference as well. - Each of the 10 pages has a page banner already made in picture mode, I need text to show as text not picture (text available). - 4 spinning page banners on homepage, with the control buttons/dots on the top left, text and graphics are ready for setup (banners are in flat mode, I need text showing as text not pictures) -Contact us page has a form, that has to have visitor IP detection and display, number-matching to prevent junk submissions, and a copy button to copy email for visitor's use (preventing email harvesting). -Upper navigation row will be bold once on and will link to the appropriate page -Lower navigation buttons are grey, and turn to orange when selector on button, or when pushed and on specific page, all buttons will be provided, button name should be in text format. -FAQ page has main points, when pushed, text should expand, and when another pushed, the previous one should close and the new one should expand. Text is ready and will be provided. -Text content on all pages will have to be reformatted to fit CSS standards and the visual matching of my mock-up pages. -All pages should have relevant meta tags (SEO ready) -There is a standard page footer on all pages, colors and content are ready. -I should be able to somehow modify text, change pics.
