Build a mobile app for attendees to our meetings

We hold regular one- and two-day meetings of small groups of senior executives (approximately 25 people) around the world. We also hold one- to two-day conferences of somewhat larger groups (about 200 people).
Some people attend multiple meetings throughout the year, so we want the app to be able to start with a list of all the meetings the person has been invited to, and their dates and locations. From there, the user could select a meeting, and within that meeting the user would have the ability to:
1. Confirm their attendance, or say they are not attending
2. See a list of the other people attending the meeting and their contact information
3. View meeting materials (presentations, agenda, etc.) in pdf format
4. Post comments to a discussion forum for the meeting
5. Participate in instant polls during the meeting
6. Provide ratings and comments for each session within the meeting
The mobile app will need to integrate with our corporate databases (PHP/MySQL) - this integration is critical to the project.
