What do we have now: 1. PHP website (psychology consultations) 2. Ability to allocate multiple VPS 2.1. For a website - Ubuntu Linux 2.2 For calls. 3. Website brings our clients to payment The task is to develop the following functionality of audio calls between browsers (WebRTC): 1. Two variants of "callers" (it is important that there is a possibility of making 50+ simultaneous calls) 1.1. Callers, who make outgoing calls only (clients) 1.2. Callers, who are in the queue (similar to the operator in the PBX) and receive incoming calls (employees). Have the ability to call back. 2. Simple outgoing call widget 2.1. This widget is activated only after payment. 2.2. Depending on the amount of prepayment, the conversation is limited in minutes. 2.3 Only after paying extra (preferably with one button in the widget), the call can be extended 3. Call parameters 3.1. Calls are successfully made between any modern browsers and platforms (smartphone, PC, Mac, etc.) 3.2. Standart statistics module This is not a one-time project, but only the first stage of development IMPORTANT: Please, write your best fixed offer of the cost and deadline for the task. (we can work with fixed payment or per hour, but fixed is preferred)

Hello, I have checked all of your points. I will try to be very straight and honest. In my humble opinion, it will take about 320 hours to complete. It will include 1. Setting up server. 2. Having STUN / TURN server for 50+ simultaneous calls(please keep in mind you would . need heavy server with good bandwidth) 3. Smartphones will only depend . if browser of smartphone supports webRTC, otherwise we need to make app(it will cost you a lot, not included in the budget). 4. Complete website development 5. Payment integration. Two developers will work on this, i and my team member. it will take 1.5 months to finish. (Actual hours can be more than 320). The cost will be 320 x $22 = 7000 USD. Note : UI / UX is not included, its pure development job. My other team members can do UI /UX that is not in the budget. Let me know if this is something you can afford. Thank you, Zeeshan

hi, I have developed a lot of WebRTC based solutions, I can develop not only the website but also configure asterisk server to support WebRTC, WebRTC works best on Chrome and Firefox, cannot promise all modern browsers, also we can have full-fledged reporting as well, callback can also include SMS and voice based callbacks, with full reporting. fixed price without reporting is $2000 and with reporting is $3000, reporting will include a live dashboard of the calls and complete call logs. If you want we can also have voice recognition in calls and IVR. I would be happy to work with you on this project. I have built several call center solutions from scratch and am very familiar with WebRTC and with voip in general. I can handle all facets of development and management. My best estimate for this first phase of development is about $2000. The only issue that I can think of immediately is webrtc on smart phones. Not all smart phones 100% support webrtc, but support is growing.
