AutoDial Survey Software Using Asterisk We need to call our customer Dailey/Weekly/Every Other Day and have customer input data in response to questions and then have that info stored in MySQL and also emailed out. The system will be on a VPS that’s is up and running Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS with LAMP stack The system has Asterisk 11.20.0 up and working with SIP trunks from DIGIUM. What we need is a system built out side of asterisk (PHP, AGI, AMI) System needs to have Web Interface for ADMIN, SUPER USERS, and USERS. Admin would be for setting system parameters. Admin Would be able to: • Add , Delete, Modify Admins, Super Users, and Users • Change Roles for Admins, Super Users, and Users • Change system parameter’s • Login as Admin, Super User, User Super Users would be for setting up new customers, add audio, add call routes, questions, IVR flow etc. Super Users would be able to: • Add , Delete, Modify Super Users, and Users • Change Roles for Super Users, and Users • Add / Modify / Delete Customers to database • Add / Modify/ Delete Campaigns • Add / Modify / Delete Surveys • Add / Modify / Delete Reports • Run Reports • Login as Super User, User User would be able to view the results of customers and run reports etc. User would be able to • Add / Modify / Delete Reports (That They Own) • Run Reports • Login as User • Add Notes to Customer • Add Notes to Campaigns • Add Notes to Surveys • Add Notes To Calls Customer Database needs to have: • Title (e.g.: Miss, Ms, Mr., Sir, Mrs., Dr ) • First Name • Middle Name or Initial • Last Name • Age • Date Of Birth in format DD/MM/YYYY • Home Phone • Work Phone • Cell Phone • Email Address 1 • Email Address 2 • Notes with date and time stamp Campaigns need to have: • Title Of Campaign • Customer(s) to use • Survey to use • Start Date DD/MM/YYYY • End Date DD/MM/YYYY • Time Of Day to Call (12 Hour Format) • Retry: How many times to retry if no answer / response (1 digit number e.g. 5) • Delay: How long to wait between reties in minutes (2 digit number e.g. 15 min) • Days of week to call any or all (SUN, MON, TUE, etc...) • Repeat (Dailey, Weekly, Bi-Weekly Permit etc.…) • Email Address 1 to send results to • Email Address 2 to send results to • Notes with date and time stamp Surveys need to have: • Title Of Survey • Number of questions (1 to 9) • Main Greeting Audio File to use • Second level Audio File to use • Question 1-9 Name • Question 1-9 Type of Question (Yes/no or 1-5 Digit Response) • Question 1 -9 Number of Digits response expected (1-5) • Question 1-9 Audio File to use • Question 1 -9 Notes with date and time stamp System need to be able to handle 2 types of question. 1 -YES or NO Questions 2- Question that require a 1 to 5 digit numeric answer from the customer. (Programed by admin at time of setup per customer) System needs to be able to Queue calls so that in the ramp up time system can use “X” amount of phone lines. (Programmable by Admin) This is a large project and I’m sure something will have to be adjust as it goes along to meet the end user’s needs.
