I need to make a CSV Android Dialer with automatic calls & recording with call details on the screen, database management online and integration with different CRM portals and systems using their SDK/ API (Restful API) with In-app purchase features as per the functionality.
User Management: Customer profile, designation, log in with live taxonomy status (Logged in, logged out, Meeting, lunch …) and other options as availability.
Admin panel: Admin should be able to create users with different profiles and designations, upload the CSV file / Assign the campaign to different agents and enable/disable any features of every agent, can see the live status of every agent.
Contact info: While dialing the number, customer information (Name, Email, phone number, profile etc...) Will be visible on the screen so that caller can see the info while talking to the customers and that can also be set from Admin panel to hide the phone number, email address or any other information of CSV file. The customer can also create a new field which can then be synced with different CRM portals or cloud.
Import/ export: Customer should be able to export report and send to the assigned person like a manager or Team leader with CC.
After Call Window (ACW): After the call is finished, a form (ACW) will appear on the screen where agent can choose the options as per the call status as (Switch off, NR, Wrong number, Answered, not answered etc.) and along with that the same information will be updated on the database.
Schedule: Customer should be able to schedule the call for future interaction directly from the app which will generate the i-cal file and outlook calendar file.
Call recording: An option to record and save the recording to cloud (google drive/ Dropbox) with a “private call” checkbox which will not record the call and other information.
Third party dialer integration: Customer should be able to use third-party dialers like skype, second space, Vonage or any other dialer in case he wants to which will redirect the call to the third party dialer where recording may not be available.
Contact List dialing: Customer should be able to select and dial from his/ her own contacts list and import the same contact details to the database which will be synced with the CRM portals (Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk).
Voice message calls and Caller Tune should be available. The caller will record his/ her voice and call the customer on bulk quantity to avoid repletion, he/she will receive the voice message and when a customer calls back, he/ she will listen to the caller tune.
Email integration: Mail chimp/ Mail gun or Mail get integration
SMS integration: Customer should be able to send the Prebuilt SMS directly from APP
Browser dialing: Browser extension which will send any phone number to the mobile app to dial which will be dialed with our dialer in the same network using Bluetooth or wifi.
Excel dialing: Customer should be able to dial from Microsoft excel using excel add-on in the same network using Bluetooth or wifi.
CRM Portals Integration: Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk. An option to create a new account of these services/portals, in case customer does not have an account.
Payment Gateway integration: Customer should be able to send prebuilt payment invoice ( fixed and open ).
Please make an excel sheet with the tasks, time and money in 3 different Colum so that If I want to skip few components, I can choose to opt.
