Hi, My name is Rost, I'm from Kharkiv, Ukraine. I'm not sure is the task still actual, but still want to post the proposal. If I'm correct you want to supply Google Play limitation for build updates affected since November 2018. First of all, there's risk about this migration from 25 to 28, because many developer has very funny libraries set and they may be not supported with the latest API levels. At least, background work since OREO. Secondly, I want to underline, that's an ability to have Android emulators of P20 and S9 can't be made and if you know anyone promised you that - they're liars. We're not in Blackberry world or old Windows Mobile or Palm days, where it was possible to have separate images for each device. Today Google provides only different skins for own emulators. In other aspects the emulators are purely based on standard Android image. The configuration is based only on a few parameters and primary interesting for you is the resolution (xxxhpdi). Noone from Huawei or Samsung will share publicly (if they even have) complete builds for x86 simulation with many problems with custom support of each hardware driver and related stuff. Android works on Linux with specifically prepared drivers of hardware for Linux based on ARM.
