SMS application from api with dashboard

An sms application using an api which will be provided, the application will function as follows:
1. register user
2. interact with the user e.g what crops do you plant? then user answers with sms, the answer to be captured by db
[login to view URL] a dashboard where the admin will be able to send messages to registered users.(if you have a dshboard already the better)
[login to view URL] dashboard will have analytics like how many people registered last week
i have attached a mock dashboard that i have in mind (perfect for me)
