Quality check of Laravel software

Hi,
I have had some software written in Laravel/PHP and need someone to do a quality check on the source code. I'd pay an hourly rate.
Your first task is to provide an overall review of the source code, the architecture, etc. I want at least 5 points where you tell me, specifically, with proper reasoning, why some part of the software is (i) great, (ii) average, or (iii) not good.
I will pass this on to my developers to improve the quality of the project.
Please provide me with references for your Lavarel/PHP experience. Thank you!
