Digital game Code website

I need a website through which I will sell Unique game codes. I will provide the theme. I still do not select the name of my domain now. I will buy it within 1 or 2 months. The freelancer now will do the project on my test domain & will provide me the code & show me how will i do it in future to my real domain.

Initially i will sell 2 companies Game code. This codes are in PDF file. That means each PDF file contains each unique code. So i will have initially two product on my land page.

The price of the product should vary with quantity. That means i want those will my more quantity at a time their price should be less.

I will upload each day on 2 different folder for this two product 50 & 50 PDF files.

Customer will pay through paypal & after payment they will automatically return to thank you page & will get the link to download files. The location of the file should be secure so that nobody can exploit.

The guest user should also have the option to buy & get the link because lots of user do not like to register.

Register user can download the link of 30 days. After 30 days files need to be deleted otherwise server will be overloaded.

I also need after order completion an email with link to sent both customer & admin. So that admin can handle customer complain or if it needed to send.
