Please find the details of the work we are looking to get done.
We have a pilot customer that is looking for a dialler solution along with possible CRM integration.
They need the following:
to run multiple outbound campaigns on different queues
to control wrap up time
have access to in depth reporting of their agents and campaigns
access to different dialing strategies, progressive, preview
must be able to poplulate webform/ CRM during the call have enough time after the call has ended to succesfully disposition the call
We are running our systems on an asterisk server on SIP trunks.
