An USA software company is looking for a team/company to develop a web system for decision support (including Executive Dashboard), data analysis and visualization, planning and budget. The initial targeting industry is higher education, but the system should be easily applied to different industries. The system utilizes LAMP on server side, and HTML5+Javascript on client side for visualization. The existing Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsible for this project is a computer scientist in USA with significant experience in higher education planning, budget, and institutional research. The CTO will communicate the design ideas and requirements, and the team will produce the following documents as well as a complete and working system. 1. Requirements Identify attributes, capabilities, characteristics, or qualities of the system. 2. Architecture/Design (including Database, Graphic and interface design) Visual appealing interface with outstanding usability and accessibility. Optional mobile APP for increased security, performance, and usability. 3. Technical Documentation of code, algorithms, interfaces, and APIs. 4. End user Manuals for the end-user, system administrators and support staff. This is an on-going project that is not limited to the initial budget. Please provide the following for screening: 1) Skills and experience for the development team members. 2) Documentation and product examples for a similar project. 3) Estimated time-frame and milestones for the project
