For the project I worked on echo sign application where we used the api to integrate it in our application. it is in C# The way it works 1) To the API you will have to provide the recipients emaill address and the link from which the echo sign needs to fetch the document. Most preferably blob path. 2) when sending the document you need to pass the credentials for it to identify your signature format that you would have specified when setup. 3) The email will be sent to the recipients and you should specify the sequence or random how ever your work flow is. 4) Based on the signature signed by your recipients you can provide a call back API to the service. 5) This service will help you keep a track of your signed documents by the recipients. Answer to Second Question As I am a developer who loves to face challenges you can give me the part which you feel is the most challenging and look to be the CORE of the functionality. The Amount is what I have placed in the BID. Time frame will be decided based on the complexity that you may provide. As a probability I should take not more than 10 days if your requirement is clear.
