Develop alt coin, exchange site and mobile wallet(app,.)

We are web agency in Korea. We want to make(develop) a coin related with blockchain. I want to make simple alt-coin like litecoin or dogecoin, not like complicated coin from some altcoin. We are looking for developer(maker) who can give us as soon as possible. Also, we are looking for the developer who work with us continually for developing and managing the alt-coin. And i wonder that how do you manage your server, we want you to hosting our server. Q.3-1 you don't have design site, because we can design it so you can copy design from other site which you've designed before.(So we want downed price for site) Q.3-2 The reference for exchanger site is txbits(GITHUB) and if the langauge is the PHP or MySQL, that would be the best. Q.4 Can you do mining? Q.4-1 After deal(awarding), can you explain us that how do you manage mining(part of mining). Q.5 After this project, we will develop another alt-coin only different name.
