The CRM should be able to register new customers, upload the customer's ID card and utility bill, and automatically generate an ID and password for each customer once the customer's information is submitted, retrieve information of existing customers, the sales Rep should be able to report sales from the CRM in an excel format on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The information include: 1. First name 2. Surname 3. Other names 4. Phone number 5. IMEI No 6. SIM No 7. Upload ID card 8. Upload utility bill All IMEI No of devices and SIM No will be in the database in such a way that in the process of registration, once you type the last 5 digits of both the SIM No and IMEI No the rest should come up. At the customer's end, once the customer signs in with the Id and password generated it will prompt them to change password. This change should reflect in the database such that from the CRM it will be indicated that the password has been changed. From the CRM, the sales rep should be able to retrieve customer's information using any of the fields.
