Customize a wordpress job board plugin. (WP Job Board)

I need these features in some kind of a plugin so I still can do the updates for the board in the feature if I'd like to. Nothing hard coded. 1. Be able to have job categories and subcategories. Ie Category is Teachers, sub cathegories are math, English etc etc. Use these when searching for jobs. 2. Login with e-mail and/or username. If you are candidate you username need to be your social security [login to view URL] can find plugins for this on wordpress. 3. Integrate the payment system with WooCommerce plugin. I'm going to need to run additional WooCommere plugins for customization of the bills sent to the companies. I need payment options to be creditcard, paypal or bill. 4. Send customized e-mails to several addresses separated by commas when a user of a certain category registers. You can find code for this in the plugin Theme My Login. I want it to be exactly like that but instead of being based on which WordPress user category you are it should be based on which job category you registered as. This is only for candidates. 5. Having verified icons with text fields in the user profiles for both candidates and employers (icons from font awsome) which only the admin can change. Ie Verified licenses for medical personnel and a text field after the which is customizable. 6. Choose for which job categories user approve should be activated for. 7. Adding end editing job alerts from inside the user dashboard (place icon for it next to the other icons) and be able to choose to get an alert every hour if paid for. I think these changes are wont take so much energy to make because you can find the code for them in other plugins, what I need is some one to put it all together and integrate it in the WP Job Board plugin and get it working.
