We have a Wordpress plugin that allows you to embed a video on Facebook into a post and it auto plays and also allows you to capture leads.
We are wanting to customize this plugin to allow people to create 'Click To Call' popups which overlay an existing video similar to this:

Must be able to start immediately and say "IMREADY" to send you a demo of the plugin and then will need you to confirm you can code this.
