Custom Website portal with PBX integration, MySql, SSL connection, XML/PHP/VXML - open to bidding

Need to build out a SSL web site within Amazon EC2 for “Times and [login to view URL]” 3 tier layout 1 – Web server, 1 –Application tier server, 1, MySQL DB server Linux OS Simply website with a Dash board view Application Server will be the Main Middleware server for processing all request. DB will be the holding tank This is a new login website, thus some basic creation using a provided Template and then integration into the middleware and DB tiers. The Focus is “Customer Experience”. This phase 1 will set the grounding stage for Phase 2 (vendor integration). Hosting will be provided by Amazon Key requirement: Scrum experience SDLC process XML and PHP Web Site development SSL recommendation for security improvements on Web Tier and possible Application Tier Application Tier for API integration for PBX, and 3rd party supporting XML/SOAP MySQL design/Build (basic XLS template has been created) API for PBX/IVR through PHP for auto switch re-configure. XML to PHP converting Scripting Needs: DB will be similar to a extremely Slim down CRM SOAP/REST Knownledge to work with 3rd Party Reporting methods and automation of emailing/generation Knowledge of Microsoft Windows All material created , ownership will be Client Timeline: Need Demo, QA completed with 60 Days. If completed on time and in budget, 2nd Phase will be awarded. Budget: Maximum of $30 per Hour
