Custom Shopify Code for Displaying Tag Descriptions

I'm working on a Shopify site for a client who requires products 'tags' to have their own descriptions at the bottom of the 'collections' page, in place of the standard 'collection' description for SEO purposes. This is my first time working with Spotify and I'm having trouble developing the code. I'm basically looking for a snippet of code I can just paste of the bottom of collections.liquid. I'm thinking of using posts or pages as the source of where to pull the content. I.e - Each tag will have a dedicated hidden page or post created with all the content I want to pull. The tags won't change very often and are used in the main menu so I can manually update the [login to view URL] page as new things are added or removed. The process would be, create a page/post for every tag, get some form of ID number for the post/page and write a load of if/else statements at the bottom of [login to view URL] If it were PHP, this is essentially the code I wish to re-create. //If no tag has is selected, display main collection description if ($selectedTag == false) { echo $tagDescription; } else //If tag is 'Paint-Sprayers', displayed the content of the dedicated page/post assigned by ID if ($selectedTag == "Airless-Paint-Sprayers") { $pageId = 18267392; echo $pageId['content']; } else //If tag is 'Decorating-Tools' displayed the content of the dedicated page/post assigned by ID if ($selectedTag == "Decorating-Tools") { $pageId = 18267392; echo $pageId['content']; } I'm sure this is possible, I just haven't got the time to play. It should only take half an hour for someone who knows how to access selected tags on Collection pages. I'm happy to listen to your suggestions if you feel there is a better way to achieve this.
