Creation of Customer Loyalty website to integrate to POS software

Web-based customer loyalty platform required based upon MySQL using .NET 4.5.1. We would require options for customer sign-up online with options to store customer name, address, contact numbers, email etc. This web platform will need to have the ability to receive and send data to and from our POS platform software to post spending values from individual stores and for the stores to call on the web platform to retrieve customer details. We will need the web platform to be able to contain customer data for multiple companies with each company only able to access data for their own loyalty customers. The platform will need to be able to process various customer loyalty options and award points values based upon the values received from the individual POS units. For example a $ spend will be transmitted from the POS to the web-based loyalty platform which will have a pre-defined conversion rate to change it for a loyalty points value. When the customers wish to redeem and use the loyalty points the POS systems will put in a call to the web-based loyalty platform to request the total value of loyalty points available for that customer and then our POS platform will process the use of those points and return a value for points spent to the web-based loyalty platform. There are further options to enhance this product which we will explore at a later date, including customer notifications via email, birthday messages, tier point levels and reporting and metrics but these can be discussed later.
