I am looking for a skilled developer with an eye for clean and modern design to complete a relatively simple development task. The job includes two main tasks: 1. Creating a responsive form on the website I need a form which only displays a field at a time (one after another as each is filled in). This is a simple job, I'm sure there's already a plugin of some sorts which can do this, NinjaForms does but it costs for the ability to use it I believe. 2. I need a means of creating a pre-filled cart for checkout with services a client may be interested in and then the ability for them to 'uncheck' items which they don't want to take them out of their cart and then checkout with the ones they want to keep. 3. Fix a white screen loading error which lasts around a minute when trying to load the homepage. The design for these has to be modern and matching the website style ([login to view URL]). More info can be provided if necessary.
