Create a complete website from scratch using ONLY "Drupal"

I am looking for talented professional web developer who is able to create stunning website which is fast, modern, unique and very easy to use by any people at any age with any skill . Project is to develop competitive ecommernce /directory website in Durpal using php/Java script Application must use Windows Authentication so the users can use their Active Directory accounts to login into the application as well as there own email address and password with save pass in their browser option. Default functionality of auto-login windows users must be preserved, however there must be a setting in the application config file so the administrator can choose whether to disable auto-login and force the prompt for credentials. The site must adhere to responsive web design (Bootstrap/HTML5) and follow a mobile first approach. The website language won’t be in English. Please do your research first and then provide your prefer method with your reasons for BOTH back and front End. This is a big project and nominated developer will continue contributing with this and other future projects. Be able to design user friendly 3 level or more admin panel such as employees can update contents in their admin panel and it automatically reflect on user site without changing code. Having efficient searching engine and individual advert ID submitted by each users, image processing and professional photo editing for hiding plate numbers (highlighting the plate numbers with website logo or name), post code/map search and many others features.
