Create New Wordpress Menu Bar + Sub Category Redesign

Please look at menu bar and look at the menu drop downs on Solicitor Wordpress site here: [login to view URL] this is menu bar we are redesigning. 1. We would like the drop down menus at the top to have bigger rectangular boxes with sub category links inside like on this website here [login to view URL] In the above website example you will notice the links/buttons called “About Us” “Latest” “Join Us” etc, there are multiple parts to the drop-down menu. We need something like this for the GT stewart Solicitors website above, but with 2 boxes. the drop down box on on the left will be a chance to get a quote (The client will put in some of their firm ‘core values’) here. The drop down box on right the content (like on Mishcon site but with 2 sections rather than 3). 2. We would like the rest of the page to dim (Lightbox effect) when the menu drops down like on the Mischon site. 3. Change the menu item “news” to “latest” and have 4 sub-pages – “Results” “Events” “Briefings” “GTS news”. We can pay $20 to update menu as detailed above..
