Create a Joomla Template

I'm curious of the cost to have some changes made to an almost complete design on the Coyote Theme from Themeforest. My test URL is this: [login to view URL] There are three items that I would like to have completed and I'm out of time to do it myself. The first is the home page slider. I'm trying to accomplish the attached (see right below the menu). The PSD file can be provided. I have put the graphics in the theme as you can tell from the URL listed however, it doesn't scale properly. Different resolutions break it. I'm not sure why. It needs to scale properly. The other, is an image on each page. There are 9 pages that need an image. The image would go were the slider (on the home page) is located. Currently, the theme has breadcrumbs there. The 9 pages that need an image would have a different image on each page. 9 images - 9 pages. No breadcrumbs. From what I can tell, there is an index file for this theme that calls modules made. Copying a module and adding the code to the index file build the module. Then, when in the Administrator section, selecting the module to the required pages displays it on those pages. Where the code is placed in the index file determines where it shows up on the various pages the Administrator panel has selected. Ah. There is one other thing. If you click on my blog page there is an error. I'd like that removed. How much \would it cost of have this completed? How long? That's it. Let me know! Thanks.
