Hi, If teh spec you've provided is accurate, i.e your mainly after a simple relational system with no particularly fancy UI elements, with an export of .csv/.xls files to a local folder on a system that has dropbox installed, then this can be done in a day. I've got plenty of experience doing this sort of thing, I use a similar process for my own companies Filemaker invoicing system.
