Preciso de um site para gerenciar questionários customizados (tipo Google Forms) porém com algumas características adicionais. O site deve permitir gerenciar pesquisas de auto-avaliação de varias empresas (criar questionários habilitar eles para determinados clientes, monitorar as respostas (status dos forms), consultar os detalhes, fazer download das tabelas, enviar emails com os resultados, habilitar um questionário com suas respostas para edição e-ou bloquear ele). Os clientes devem responder os questionários e receber graficamente os resultados, e também por email. Podem consultar questionários do passado. ADMIN: - Controle de Acceso: Empresa/Usuários - Controle de pesquisas (formulários) com alguns campos de informação (código, nome, periodicidade, etc. )a possibilidade de criar perguntas, escolher o tipo de resposta (txt, int, check-boxes, list boxes, multiple selection), etc, uma escala de avaliação e adicionar um ponderador (weight, o qual será utilizado para criar um indicador final por questionário) - Relatórios comparativos executivos (resumo dos indicadores calculados + gráfico radial e barras) do último questionário e de alguns anteriores (ex 2017-Q2 vs 2017-Q1, ou 2017-Q2 vs 2016-Q2) - Relatórios detalhados comparativos (Cada resposta comparada com respostas anteriores) USERS: - Acesso por user/password - Selecionar questionário e periodo (ano, mes, quarter, etc) - Responder o questionário - ter acesso a Relatórios comparativos executivos (resumo dos indicadores calculados + gráfico radial e barras) da sua empresa/area - ter acesso a Relatórios detalhados comparativos (Cada resposta comparada com respostas anteriores) da sua empresa/area Preciso deixar que o freelancer deixe o site funcionando no ar.
