Convert a Template to a Website

We are looking for someone skilled in PHP, HTML, and CSS to help convert a standard HTML website template to our special format. The best candidate will be able to read and write PHP and HTML without a problem and have strong knowledge of how web files function. You should be able to follow simple directions to copy and paste PHP code to the appropriate places to build a fully functional website. We will give direction on the format and what code to use, but you need to understand how PHP works.
The best freelancer should be available to work quickly and start work immediately with limited direction. Must be able to clearly format your code and organize it in a easy-to-read manner. The current project should take less than 5 hours to complete and will be billed hourly. There may be additional projects to follow if the work is satisfactory.
