Hi, i'm a degree educated 36 year old writer from Scotland.
I have both studied psychedelic substances in great depth as well as taken my fair share of these drugs.
At first, I was exposed to Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, or 'eccies' as we call them on Scotland, as a party drug, and party we did.
As I have gotten older, I have become more interested in the therapeutic use of not only MDMA but DMT, Psilocybin, Ayahuasca (DMT & MAO inhibitor) and a whole host of other substances.
I'm an avid, long term student of Terrence Mckenna, Ralph Metzner, Timothy Leary, Rick Strassman and people such as Alan Watts.
The level of pay you are offering is pretty low, supermarket wages, however I moved to Bulgaria permanently at the start of summer and could make it work due to the reduced cost of living.
I am a talented copywriter, however a project such as this would be rewarding in many ways to me, over and above just the money.
I study all forms of psychology and my brother is actually a fully qualified clinical psychologist working for the NHS.
I often say that I study psychology for persuasion purposes (think Cialdini's persuasion books) while he studied it to help people.
This gig would allow me to balance the scales somewhat.
This is a subject matter I'd love to write about, I have EXTENSIVE experience in the matter, I have been reading Erowid since way back when my friends needed someone like me to be the sensible one, telling them why it wasn't a good idea to pop 8 swedgers before hitting 15 Valium to come down, I plan on travelling to Peru to take Ayahuasca, I seek out psychedelic substances present in plants and am as close to being a shaman as your going to find... who also has the ability to write.
I am happy to work for a set amount of hours a week, it doesnt have to be full time. just tell me your weekly requirements and we can move forwards.
Hope to hear back from you soon.
Cheers
Alan.
P.S. An Indian writer may work on this for peanuts, but they can't offer what I offer. The only reason I can afford to entertain your rates is because i'm now living in Sofia. This feels like it was destined to happen.
