Changes to Wordpress Theme/Website

I would like to make some changes to our Wordpress Theme/Site:

1. We would like the 'contact us' page to be the same format as the home page (ie. a long horizontal panorama image). See file attached showing what we would like the contact us page to look like. We will provide the image file.
2. On this image, we would also like the email address to be a link so that people can so that people can click on the email address and it opens up their email application if they click on it.
3. On the home page and on the projects page, when you hover over an image, some text appears at the cursor saying 'permanent link to...'. I do not like this and would like this text to be turned off.
The theme i am using is the Vimes theme by WPZoom. I can provide the original files if required.
