Change The Email Confirmation for my website

E-MAIL CONFIRMATION
1. Once users register on the website but do not confirm their email address, we should have an option to be able to send them email as a reminder to confirm their registration. The email should have specific link for each individual user so that once they click on the link, they would be able to confirm their email address. (We can add this to our admin section, general setting, and email setting so that I can edit the message accordingly)
2. When users sign up on the system by using their fb account or twitter account, they should not need to confirm their email address. They should be automatically become a user without a need of confirmation of their email.
