Certificates plugin for Wordpress

We are a developing company and sometimes for little jobs like this one we hire here on freelancer so we can focus on bigger and more important project. But all projects are important, independently of the size. This means, if we are not 100% satisfied and if you are not trully dedicated and trully a pro, DO NOT BID, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED and you risk not receiving your milestone if things are not accordingly to what we described; - We will create a milestone with 100% payment and we will only release it in the end when we are 100% satisfied with the project. If you don't agree with this, DO NOT BID, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED; - The deadline set in the begining MUST be respected, so think carefully how long will this take BEFORE bidding. If deadline is not respected, we will cancel the project and we will not pay you anything. If you don't agree with this DO NOT BID, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Project description: This platform will allow fanchise stores to register their store (using a simple form) and then associate employees. Those employees will be able to insert certificates for works finished for their customers and they will be able to send that certificate (that will have a good looking design) as a PDF to their customer email. Customer will have the possibility to access a basic account where he can download previous certificates. And that's it... Functional Requirements: 1 - Form for submission of franchise stores; 2 - Form for submission of employees, associated to each store; 3 - Form for submission of certificates (possibility to associate to existing customer or create new); 4 - Form for submission of new customer (it's "included" in create certificate form if employee selects to create new user instead of selecting one existing user); 5 - Should be possible to send by email a PDF that is generated with certificate and it should be stored online; 6 - User (customer) should be able to receive certificate in email and check their personal account online to download certificate if he wants to download certificates; 7 - Every information should be editable in BO (backoffice); 8 - Design for certificates should look good and not all fields should be inside that certificate, so only some fields go inside that certificate.
