Develop or configure CDR Mediation Server & selected opensource billing to store, process and rate GPRS CDR records retrieved from various FTP servers. GPRS CDR files will be retrieved via script from source FTP servers and automatically uploaded to the Mediation Server. Mediation Server should process the CDR file, add additional field's and store to Postgreql Database, then send to to billing server for rating and billing. CDR mediation can be python or php script running under cron or alternative daemon manager.
