Build a simplified version of thinkery.me in PHP & MySQL -- 2

I would like to build a simplified version of [login to view URL] with the following functionality. Fully responsive Easy CSS file for me to change appearance USER A user is able to create an account A user is able to delete an account User has simple url such as [login to view URL] FEATURES (this mostly emulates what [login to view URL] does) * User can add a url. tool then extracts the text from the url and creates a new document in the system with text shown in editor window. Title of extracted url and the url itself placed in appropriate fields of document * A new document can be created by just adding some text, rather than a url * each item can be tagged with multiple tags * user can easily search in real time for text and/or tags * main window to look very similar to existing thinkery user page * highlighting feature to be replicated (user presses 'h' and then can highlight text then save document. * each document can be made either private or public (non-logged in user only sees public items) * tags to be shown at side of page (same as thinkery) and can be clicked on to filter documents in middle window. * able to color a tag - eg so that all documents with tag of x are shown as red in middle window. CORE FEATURES * same core features as thinkery (edit, delete documents etc) * settings panel to be re-created and have same functionality (to be discussed in more detail) Overall, most of the features of thinkery, but with some taken away, not more added.
