I am looking for somone to build a very simple website that enables two people to use their webcams for comunication. For example I have a PC with a logitec cam, and I want to be able to view and show my cam with voice to his samsung galaxy tablet. That is the only purpose. It can be joomla or wordpress based or whatever is easiest. I can supply the domain and cpanel/hosting and I work with joomla and wordpress and a graphic artist but do not know how to access/add cams to work together with those platforms. I know wordpress has some plugins but I cant figure them out. I can even supply a brand new wordpress or joomla site with cpanel set up to cut down on cost if needed. Then all that needs to be done is to get the cams working and make sure it is configured correctly.
