Build microservices for online website

We are looking for experienced NodeJS developer to help us develop microservices and Web Interfaces that will consume our User, Payment, Subscription, and Data API.  The Details as follow :  1. Statistic Data Microservice We provide football data statistic that need to be accessed via an API. The microservice must fetch the statistic, cached it, and serves it to the customer. User -> API -> Statistic Data Microservice -> Data API 2. OAuth Microservice we provide 3rd party access for merchants or vendors via oAuth Mechanism. after successful login, the 3rd party may required an access_token that can be used to query specific APIs like User Info, Payment Status, Subscription status User -> OAuth Page -> OAuth Microservice -> [Login API / Payment API / Subscription API] the flows must be accurate for oAuth, and as secure as possible. 3. Livestream-Session Microservice the microservice will let the system know if the user is currently watching the live stream on a single device. if so, it will send the JSON containing that information. the microservice must be able to log out a user from another device automatically. Important ! All microservices developed must be able to scale horizontally. they may have their own container / server and may have their own data layer (redis, memcache, mysql, whatever) each instance must be able to handle at least 10k concurrency. All the work must be committed into our Git Repository. and we are working using Trello. This project must be completed within 2 weeks. All Microservices must be able to be easily monitored.  it has smart logging system and monitoring tool must be setup within the microservice and must be easily integrated into our monitoring dashboard.
