Below are the exact requirements of our project, please ONLY bid if you can address ALL these points that are listed; Note: Will not respond to any random or junk bids. Project: we are after a website/portal that customers can log into and submit projects asking for bids. The target bidders are the following; -Banks and mortgage brokers -Real estate agents -Lawyers etc. Purpose of the website is to create a one-stop portal for a customer to obtain competitive pricing in relation to their desired projects through-out the year. Then the bidder can privately submit offers and win the bid, where we get paid a fee from the bidder. As their are different product categories or segments as listed above, each category will be segregated through the portal, when the customer selects a category (ie. banks and mortgage lenders, so the bidding can only be done by that specific bidding panel. we are looking for great functionality, sleek design and mobile compatibility.
