I require a website that has already been created in Photoshop to be converted into HTML/CSS, and ready for web. It has around 7 custom page templates (including the Homepage), *does not* require a CMS behind it, nor a mobile version, but I *would like* to see it responsive, which I took into account while it was being designed.
It’s a straightforward sales website with a minimal amount of functionally. Orders can be placed on the website, however, purchases are linked straight to our billing platform, so this is not something that needs to be worried about.
Applicants must to be experienced in:
- HTML
- CSS
- jQuery
Also, some PHP skill would probably help too, and browser testing the website is important.
I have attached 2 screenshots of the website with dummy content to help give more accurate bids. They are the Homepage, and a typical Service page, which are probably the 2 most custom layouts. Every other page is quite simple, with
PSDs containing the actual content and every page will obviously be given to the winning bidder.
Once a winning applicant has been chosen I will work with them closely so they have a better understanding of what I’m after, and how I see everything working.

I put overlay div with jpg background, z-index it to 999 and center it with the width of the jpg.
