Kindly refer this site thoroughly : [login to view URL] before reading my requirements further. Note : 1)All the graphics will be provided by us. 2) We already have the 3-4 GIF animation ready (~20 MB), but obviously we cant use it in the website or else the website would take ages to load. I want 3 things to be develop. 1) Loading effect similar to the reference site. (I will provide the GIF animation for better understanding). 2) Stretching effect similar to reference site (when you drag your mouse over the border it stretches and again come back to normal ). 3) Kindly refer to the attachment "[login to view URL]". We have managed to get the background working with bus being placed in the exact box with animation in HTML but now my bus image being a separate gif cant be a transparent background image, so the headlight of bus is not working as per my expectation. I can give you my current code if needed. I need the work similar to [login to view URL] If you have done any similar work than do send me the reference link in your cover letter, which will help me in choosing the right freelancer person or company. Also in your cover letter i want you to elaborate your understanding about my requirement.
