All Details about Album Name, Singer Name, Song Name and Music File Location Should be stored in MySql database. When any User Search for Singer Name All album name will be shown of that singer. and when search for a song name All song of that album will be shown to him. More details will be provided after starting the work

I understand your requirement but for 1500/- it can't be. I can give you one offer. I will charge you per php page 600/- and normal html/js for 400/- . I will prepare a backend administration for you, so that you can easily control your website by your self (you do not need any developer to do it for you). This is a one time investment and for a low price.
