Build a Web Project Tracking System

I want start a small web development company, i need build a simple Web Project Tracking System for my customer. That is simple system, similar like [login to view URL] , only for my customer who is order my web services, they can track the process of their project from our update. 1. Customer paid for our web design / development services, admin will create a account and let them login 2. After customer get a account, they can login and they have 3 selection which is Website project, Marketing project(no need develop this module) and Remove this(no need develop this module), then they can pick the project which they ordered 3. then they can click on the new website in progress (no need develop Website Maintenance Support module), track the progress of the development, please refer my power point at attachment 4. let say the project have 4 milestones / phase, every milestones have show the list of progress, the task will mark as completed after my programmer done the task, admin will done it at backend which admin panel 5. Customer can view their submitted document such as NDA, requirement document and so on at phase 1, on this phase customer cannot upload document anymore 6. Phase 2 will bee activated after completed phase 1, customer can upload the document on this phase, after admin confirm the task, then the phase will locked which customer cannot upload document like requirement document anymore 7. then phase 3 and 4 will same like phase 2, until finish the project, then admin will mark as completed kindly give me ur best price and duration to complete the project --- Term and Condition --- 1. * 90% payment will unlock after completed the system, and another 10% payment will unlock after 3 month which you must provide technical support on this period 2. * Only experience developer on my similar project Don't offer me if you no agree my above agreement, Thank you
