Over the past months, we have been posting up jobs and getting many responses, some good match some not. To increase # of good matches for major projects, we took time to invite freelancer from "Browse Freelancer Directory". Therefore we are also inviting YOUR company to propose.
This post is to invite all software companies, big or small teams, to send in a proposal. When we get a requirement for a project, we will then send it out to your representative. If you are keen, do reply. If you are not, just ignore and wait for the next project. There will NOT be email spamming for one project. The qualified contractors will be notified for interview, otherwise, there is no need to followup.
Sending in a proposal here means you are notified instantly of any new project we are recruiting contractors for. In a continuous fashion.

If you are a local agent, and wish to matchmake us with good companies for commission, we will also add you to our Active list.
Otherwise I can’t see why people would turn down businesses. We will only reject 2 kinds of proposals: single freelancers and companies not in operation.
