Should we start with only Tendering Module for now? Just to clarify please do not award now as I have not got enough time to check complete document. The document reading is important here because it has clearly define the flow chart. How the process will start and where it will going to end. What is my first objective? My first objective is to discuss with you and design a Flow Diagram. When we will have the flow diagram we will be able to draft the Technical requirement properly, is it not? After go through with the document below is my understanding and flow, please check and confirm me: - Design teams ensure compliance of the design with the Employer/Client’s requirements. They prepare a design calculation file (I need a reference that what is this file) Then it goes for drawings and finally Project Manager design prepare a draft submission to Project manager Construction. - Then a Document reviewer take in place to review the document. - Then Constructor team give input in the document and finalize it. They also take care of the resource involvement as well. As I understand, the document you share with me is a document which Helps their internal team to understand the Ongoing project flow and responsibilities of different stakeholders. But probably we are looking for something where the primary steps means from tender process submission has defined properly, is it not?
