DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS WITH A GENERIC RESPONSE. GENERIC RESPONSES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED We are currently using Zoho CRM as our CRM. We have a need to contact our leads/potentials/contacts using SMS. We would like to be able to send an sms from within Zoho CRM to the contacts attached to the lead, the contact or the potential record. The features required are: - Manually send SMS from LEADS or CONTACTS - Send SMS based on Workflow - SMS Message Templates - SMS Text History - Delivery Reports - Auto Character Limits When a person responds to that sms, we would also like to be able to view that sms from within Zoho CRM. Please see attached photos for another company that has done similar. They can view the sms sent and received from within the Contact, Potentials and or Lead modules. We do not want time records and we are currently using the professional version of Zoho CRM.
