Build a SEO Optimised parking page -URGENT

I am starting a new domain reseller business and have purchased a lot of domains but now i need to develop some traffic so I need you to design an SEO optimised parking page. Here are the things which i should be able to control and change from my end on the page as I will use this for various domains.
