Build a Poll Website (Nginx & PHP)

i want to build new Poll website similar to [login to view URL] It is a php based website. I strongly recommend you to go through [login to view URL] for some time. This website can provide some help regarding how [login to view URL] was built. [login to view URL] Its CMS is PyroCMS and Webserver is Nginx. Some features of that site: 1)It is a poll site. When users submit/click on an option, the poll ALSO displays past results of the poll. Screenshot: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The result of the poll load very SMOOTHLY without any lag. This is the 1 of the Main features of this site. 2)There is an option wherein users can login and comment & submit new questions by way of a contact form. 3) A feature desired which is not in [login to view URL] site. Tags. I shall give tag to various questions. For eg. Food/SHopping/Girls, etc. For eg, when i go to Food tag page,only questions tagged with Food shall appear 4.) The design(colors/layout) shall be bit different from [login to view URL] No Complex design requirements shall be there. Work flow: 1) A domain shall have to be registered. I shall tell the exact domain name as we go ahead further. Domain Name shall be registered by me(no rigidity here from my side,if you have some affiliates, you can also register from their site) 2)Hosting and coding stuff shall be at your end. I am not sure where we shall host [login to view URL] do I have much idea where are we going to host the php and the mysql database(since it is a poll site,i assume PERHAPS IT is done with mysql database) I think you all might have good knowledge regarding reliable storage hosts. 3)Once coding is done, give me basic idea of where stuff is hosted and its credential & how to update site.
