Build an Online Price Calculator for an Existing WordPress Website

I own a landscape maintenance company and I need an Online Price Calculator built for my website. My website is at [login to view URL] and it is in the process of being redesigned with WordPress.

I don't know what skills someone would need in order to complete this project because I don't know if it's possible to use an existing WordPress plug-in and customize it or if you would just code the calculator from scratch.

Here is how I want the price calculator to work:

1) The user would first select from one of 5 cities from a drop down menu.

2) Based on the city they chose they would select their neighborhood from a second drop down menu. Some cities have up to 7 neighborhoods to choose from and other cities only have 1 neighborhood.

3) There would be another drop down menu (or radio buttons) that requires them to choose the length of their payment plan. They can choose either 12, 9, 8 or 7 months.

4) There will be 12 services listed with check boxes. Two of the services are "Weekly Mowing" and "Fertilizer/Weed Control". They are required to choose either one of those services or both (meaning they cannot choose any of the other services without choosing at least one of those). So maybe we can have 3 radio buttons with the choices "Weekly Mowing", "Fertilizer/Weed Control" and "Weekly Mowing & Fertilizer/Weed Control". Then they can choose any combination of the other 10 services.

5) Based on their choices the calculator will show the price of their Custom Landscape Maintenance Plan. It will show two prices: 1) The total price with a pre-pay discount (5% or 10% discount) and 2) The monthly price which will be the total divided by the number of months they chose in step 3.

I would like for the math to be displayed as well so they can see how much money they will save if they pay up-front with the pre-pay discount.

I have attached a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet where I have created a price calculator that I use myself. The spreadsheet only has the services with corresponding check boxes and the output. I change the variables myself using invisible cells or some of the cells that are visible.

So I would like for the Online Price Calculator to look like it does in the Excel Spreadsheet Price Calculator that I've uploaded except it would have the drop down menu's (and possibly radio buttons) above it.

PLEASE NOTE: THE EXCEL PRICE CALCULATOR DOESN'T FUNCTION IN MOBILE VERSIONS OF MICROSOFT EXCEL.

I do not need for the users to do anything with the displayed prices. It is just for their reference. In the future, I do want for them to be able to submit their custom plan to me through an electronic form and the services they've chosen along with their contact information would be sent to me so I have their information along with the services they're interested in.

IMPORTANT: I need to be able to update the variables in the back end (the prices for each service, tax rates, pre-pay discount, etc.) by myself since I will be changing the prices from week to week.

DEADLINE: This needs to be done by Friday, March 10th.
