Build NATIVE Android and iOS apps for directory-based website

Custom App Development Tasks: We need to create 2 new NATIVE directory-based e-commerce applications to deliver website data to users more proficiently, and heavily based on search criteria. We are looking to largely improve upon our old platform, so it is assumed that prospective developers have surveyed the new site/old apps in their current form and have properly assessed the below outlined criteria needed to complete each task. ALL CODE must be NATIVE and written like a brand new app. Old app code is hybrid, very problematic and severely outdated, so Developers are expected to create these apps from scratch, with all new/updated coding methods. Developers should be proficient in: PHP and MySQL, Android and iOS NATIVE app/tablet development, responsive mobile apps, and familiar with ElasticSearch technology. Developers should be willing to communicate daily, and take calls whenever necessary to expedite completion of tasks. Developers must be available full-time until ALL tasks are complete, and be willing to strictly adhere to time estimates, with 15% penalty for work delivered one week late, and a 35% penalty for work delivered over 3 weeks late. Additionally, these tasks must each be troubleshot and checked for any bugs before individual task-milestones are released. Developer agrees to full refund, if ALL tasks cannot be fully completed.
