The tool we need is meant to enable comparing several vendors that offer software-testing services. For this, the tool uses data, which will be updated via CSV-Upload. After the tool has been started, it is possible to define several criteria, which the vendors need to fulfill. After that, the criteria enable comparing the vendors in dimensions of a radar chart. For detailed description please have a look at the PDF document. The goal of this document is defining the exact specification for the implementation of the tool. First, the technical background is explained and the data that form the foundation of the tool are presented. Also, it is explained how the data can be manipulated. Then, the tool is presented step-wise, while explaining the functionalities it contains. Technical background The tool is a web-based solution based on open source PHP and MySQL.
