User Register/login and payment system. A user must register, accept Terms and Conditions, and tick a box to say that they have read the T & C before the system will let them pay a yearly subscription fee using paypal, the user can then login and access the downloadable excel and word files, and access the product supply form (this form will need to be included - simple one to email specified email address). If the user tries to access any of the links without registering, a popup box will appear to instruct the user to Register/Login on the link below, where they will either pay or just login if they have not already done so. System will need to record clients details & display these on an admin page.
