I need to develop a new application for amazon sellers and reviewers to allow publish products from amazon sellers with discount codes, application should allow to subscribe to 3 different plans for amazon sellers and allow to administer products

This is how it works:
1. Reviewer applies to a product offer
Apply to review one of our exclusive product offers.
2. Merchant approves reviewer
The merchant approves reviewers application and sends them a coupon code for a Big discount on their product.
3. Reviewer receives a Great Product
The reviewer gets a great product at a huge discount.
4. Merchant gets a valuable review
The merchant gets a valuable review for their product which boosts its rankings and sales in Amazon.
