Amazon Web Services - connect with WordPress site via WP Offload S3 plugin

We have the experience of creating IAM user and attaching a ‘policy’ to the user to grant permission. WP Offload s3 plugin makes an API call. Therefore we need to create a new user and password in AWS Management Console. The WP Offload s3 puggins have some other settings to upload to the S3 buckets. We will need to create the buckets as well. We have no prior experience of using WP Offload s3. But the experience we have of using AWS S3 , we are confident of setting up the plugins so that it works.
